Which prompted law enforcement officials to monitor his activities on the internet, used electronic tracking system for evidence extraction and, uncovered multiple child sexual abuse and pornographic materials from Johann Litschauer’s phones and computers, Johann Litschauer was using his devices to access child under 18 pornography on the internet.
Johann Litschauer is also charged for his alleged involvement in criminal activities regarding conspiracy to help launder over €500,000.00 illegally-obtained funds. Johann Litschauer operated bank accounts in Spain, which was ultimately used to launder more than €500,000.00 of criminal money laundering proceeds.
