ABOUT US
Headquartered in The Hague, the Netherlands, European Crime Prevention and Control Unit’s mission is to support its Member States in preventing and combating all forms of serious international and organised crime, cybercrime and terrorism. Crime Prevention and Control Unit also works with many non-EU partner states and international organisations.
Large-scale criminal and terrorist networks pose a significant threat to the internal security of the EU and to the safety and livelihood of its people. Our vision is to ensure an effective response to the threats of serious international and organised crime, by acting as the principal information hub, delivering agile operational support and providing European policing solutions in conjunction with our network of partners.
